How you'll learn

The Evolutionary Coach Training Program Graduate course is delivered in six modules, with 20 full-day virtual workshops and additional online learning.

You’ll experience:

120 hours of live coach training taught in English by world-class coaches with over 30 years combined personal development and coaching experience
15 hours additional coursework to be completed pre, during and after your training.
10.5 hours of mentor coaching with a credentialed Mentor Coach
Confidence in your professional coaching journey by becoming a certified Evolutionary Coach
Credibility as a coach by completing a program from an ICF accredited coach education provider

Mentor Coaching

Mentoring is an integral part of your coach training journey - it supports you in your learning and nurtures you on your new career path.

As it is a prerequisite for accreditation with the ICF, all Evolutionary Coach Training Programs offered by TNM Coaching Academy include the mentor coaching sessions required for your ICF application. You’ll receive:

5 x 90-minute group mentor coaching sessions completed during your virtual workshop days
3 x-60-minute individual coach mentor sessions with your assigned mentor coach

This highly supportive and interactive format gives you the opportunity to experience coach training from a hugely experienced team with an unrivalled depth of knowledge.

Meet some of our teaching team

Sabreena Andriesz

Sabreena is a whole systems thinker with deep experience in senior executive and organizational development. Skilled in Organizational, Leadership and Executive Development, Workshop Facilitation, C-Suite Coaching, Mentor Coaching, Coaching Supervision and Action Learning. Sabreena holds a PhD in Organizational Development and Change with double master’s degrees in social science (Counselling), Human Development and is also a credentialed Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her area of expertise focuses on leadership in Western Multinational Corporations located in foreign subsidiaries. Known for her integrative yet whole systems approach, Sabreena draws from research on leadership development, neuroplasticity and the brains ability to change, psychology, somatic intelligence, influences on normative behavior such as historical imprints, cultural philosophies, quantum physics and advanced systems thinking to enable clients achieve sustainable results.

Marcia Reynolds

Dr. Marcia Reynolds, Master Certified Coach helps coaches and leaders make every conversation a difference-making experience. She has provided coaching and training in 41 countries and is on faculty for coaching schools in the US, China, Russia, and The Philippines. Her personal clients include leaders in multinational corporations, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. Marcia holds a doctorate in organizational psychology and two master’s degrees in learning psychology and communications. As one of the original ICF mentors/assessors, Marcia has 25 years of experience mentoring coaches individually and in groups worldwide. Marcia is passionate about how we can expand minds, transform lives, and uplift consciousness in our world through conversations.

Samer Hassan

Celebrated as the first native Arabic speaker who obtained the MCC (Master Certified Coach), and as an ICF Young Leader honoree, because of the embodiment of the ICF core values and being a thought leader in the field of coaching. As a Coaching Academy founder and instructor, Samer has trained and mentored coaches worldwide in three languages. Leveraging 30+ years of martial and healing arts experience as well as 15+ years of coaching individuals and groups on four continents in three languages empowered him to create the coaching methodology and school Somatic Thinking that activates presence by design to become the foundation of all human skill, impactful coaching, leadership brilliance and profound social change. “Coaching through presence is the art of being an authentic human in support of humanity, not objectives” – Samer Hassan

Vivienne Ladommatou

Vivienne brings three decades of experience as a leader and mentor to coaching. She has coached thousands of high achievers in some of the world’s leading corporations and organizations. Vivienne began her career as an award-winning broadcast journalist and documentary maker, and worked her way up the ranks to executive board member. An ICF credentialed graduate coach, Vivienne works with people and organizations to make the world a better, kinder and happier place. Coaching is nothing new. It's the natural way of communicating with ourselves and others. We all know how to give our full attention, to listen without judgment and seek to understand. When we make this our intention, we are coaching.

Vikram Abhishek Mall

Vikram started his coaching journey by running coaching workshops in Nokia in 2005 and since then went to earn his certification in coaching from Marshall Goldsmith and CCA, Canada. Having run various coaching interventions with TNM since 2015 Vikram has a rich and diverse experience in group coaching workshops across nations. Early in his career he was a farmer and ran a poultry breeding farm for 4 years. After a fulfilling and adventurous farming stint, he worked with Dr Subhashini Passi, Institute of Creative Thinking, Indore, India, working for three years teaching Creativity, Whole Brain Thinking and Leadership . He was also visiting faculty at the School of Economics, Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidaylaya, Indore, India and a few other colleges in Indore teaching organizational behavior and Marketing. Vikram also worked as a Carer at The Hollies, an elderly peoples’ home in Cambridge, UK, and did a short stint with Mayo College at Ajmer, India teaching computers and swimming. Over the 27 years in Learning & Development and having essayed roles in The Body Shop, Freight Systems, Samsung and Nokia. He has worked in all areas of behavior: Leadership, Team Building, Communication, Creativity, behavioral Interview, Presentation Skills and Coaching. Vikram has also run Assessment/Development Centers for individuals and teams. His work has taken him to 22 countries. His methodologies/approaches comprise Individual Coaching, Group Coaching, Facilitation, Training, with support of outdoors, psychometrics(certified in MBTI, DISC and Enneagram), theatre and various other forms of simulations and exercises. He continues to keep his skills updated with active memberships of Transactional Analysis, Gestalt Therapy, Compassionate Inquiry and Enneagram groups. Vikram is also a PADI certified SCUBA Instructor, a paraglider, a keen horse-rider and continues to run white water rafting expeditions. Vikram is drawn to synthesizing the unequivocal wisdom of the east with the pragmatic scientific rigor of the west. With feedback over the years Vikram is aware that he has a personable style infused with humor, creativity and story-telling and the ability to bring incisive observations about individuals and teams. He uses provocation and compassion in equal measures to close gaps between ideal and real states of individuals and teams. Vikram walks his talk.

Giuseppe Totino

I deliver executive/leadership Coaching to Top and Middle Leaders to move from subject matter savvy to people performance expert; and to Emerging Leaders to support moves towards new leadership styles and career progression. I also work on nutrition to turn good intentions into habits. I also design and deliver change training programs and teach Leadership, Coaching, Communication & Conflict Management to Leaders, University students, and in workshops and classes internationally. Over the past 10 years I worked with more than 1000 top executives, middle managers, emerging leaders & teams coming from around the world. I lived in and travelled 4 continents to deliver more than 2500h of coaching and innumerable hours of training and facilitation in English, Spanish, Italian and French. TNM Coaching has developed this program in affiliation with Corporate Potential.

All of your virtual workshops will be run by experienced coach trainers who hold an advanced ICF credential and all you’ll be mentored by trained, credentialed Coach Mentors.

The ICF has recently introduced simpler paths to becoming a qualified coach, which are aligned to three different levels of coach credential.

TNM Coaching are proud to be an ICF accredited Level 1 and Level 2 coach education provider. Our Advanced program is certified for Level 2 accreditation, which requires a minimum of 125 and maximum of 175 contact learning hours. Graduates from a Level 2 education and training program can apply for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential using the Level 2 application path if they meet the credentialing requirements.
