How you’ll learn

The Evolutionary Coach Training Program Foundation course is delivered in three modules, with 10 full-day virtual workshops and additional online learning.

You’ll experience:

60 hours of live coach training taught in English by world-class coaches with over 30 years combined personal development and coaching experience
15 hours additional coursework to be completed pre, during and after your training.
10.5 hours of mentor coaching with a credentialed Mentor Coach
Confidence in your professional coaching journey by becoming a certified Evolutionary Coach
Credibility as a coach by completing a program from an ICF accredited coach education provider

Mentor Coaching

Mentoring is an integral part of your coach training journey - it supports you in your learning and nurtures you on your new career path.

As it is a prerequisite for accreditation with the ICF, all Evolutionary Coach Training Programs offered by TNM Coaching Academy include the mentor coaching sessions required for your ICF application. You’ll receive:

5 x 90-minute group mentor coaching sessions (completed during your virtual workshop days)
3 x-60-minute individual coach mentor sessions with your assigned mentor coach

This highly supportive and interactive format gives you the opportunity to experience coach training from a hugely experienced team with an unrivalled depth of knowledge.

Zoran Todorovic

Zoran completed his coach training at Coach University where he served as a Senior Trainer and Mentor coach. He created the Evolutionary Coaching Institute, an extraordinary community and digital university where he works as a Senior Trainer and Mentor Coach. As a TNM Coaching Academy Trainer and Mentor, he brings 20 years of coach training and mentoring experience, and has trained thousands of coaches globally. His roles have ranged from life coach, team coach, mentor coach, coach supervisor and TNM Coaching Academy Training Director. Consistently adding value to the process, he mentors new coaches helping them to maximize their coaching presence and to set up successful coaching practices. He specializes in evolutionary breakthrough coaching. He coaches beyond vision/goals/purpose by moving people into service to others to evolving humanity and our world, as we know it.

Lisa Wynn

A Master Certified Coach for 15 years, a Certified Wealth Creation Coach and the author of "Foundations of Mastery in the Coaching", Lisa has taught coaching to people from all walks of life and from all over the world. She has been an ICF assessor for almost 20 years and has taught coaching on 4 continents. Lisa believes utterly in human beings' abilities to create magical, exponential results for themselves and for humanity. She is totally dedicated to evolving the paradigm of change-making - we can have an exceptional life, personal abundance and create massive positive change. Lisa wants us all to arrive at the end of our lives saying "Oh wow. That was epic! What a ride I had and what a difference I made".

Amos Szeps

Amos is a registered Psychologist and Master Coach with the International Coaching Federation, the highest level of coach accreditation available globally. He has led coach training programs in China for the past four years. Amos has worked with CEOs and their teams for twenty years, in particular during periods of transformation and change. He works with many of the world's most iconic organizations, helping them to rethink their strategies and identities at pace and building a sense of agency, agility and autonomy among their executive teams resulting in measurable uplifts in performance. He recently returned to Australia with his family after ten years working in the UK, USA and China and, thanks to the rise of virtual working, is expanding his practice globally from there.

Nancy Hughes

Nancy Hughes is an executive coach with over 25 years of experience in leadership development, including executive coaching, group facilitation and creating executive education programs for CEO level executives. Nancy specializes in coaching to senior executive leaders within large multi-national organizations. She has coached a range of leaders, from CEOs to senior vice presidents, directors and high potential managers. Nancy is especially skilled at working with executives to expand their leadership capabilities, interpersonal relationships and ability to be authentic in their approach to achieve the best possible version of themselves. Nancy C Hughes is known for her open, honest, and flexible approach. She believes that every one of her clients is unique and has the potential to achieve greatness for themselves, their organization and for the world. Her approach incorporates raising self-awareness and the understanding of others while embracing the current challenges each individual is facing.

Jean-Francois Cousin

Jean-François Cousin, MCC, became a global executive coach in 2006, after a career in management around the world with a Fortune-500 company, where he served in senior leadership positions in Asia and in Europe. By June ‘20, he had clocked 12,000 coaching-hours, served over 1,000 executives and dozens of leadership teams, travelling to 35 countries / 5 continents to work with them. Jean-François is also passionate about training coaches and helping them find their unique way to co-create extraordinary value with their clients. He has trained thousands of coaches from 6 continents. Jean-Francois also a mentors experienced coaches, notably those applying for ICF PCC and MCC credentials. Sabreena Andriesz

Sabreena is a whole systems thinker with deep experience in senior executive and organizational development. Skilled in Organizational, Leadership and Executive Development, Workshop Facilitation, C-Suite Coaching, Mentor Coaching, Coaching Supervision and Action Learning. Sabreena holds a PhD in Organizational Development and Change with double master’s degrees in social science (Counselling), Human Development and is also a credentialed Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her area of expertise focuses on leadership in Western Multinational Corporations located in foreign subsidiaries. Known for her integrative yet whole systems approach, Sabreena draws from research on leadership development, neuroplasticity and the brains ability to change, psychology, somatic intelligence, influences on normative behavior such as historical imprints, cultural philosophies, quantum physics and advanced systems thinking to enable clients achieve sustainable results.

Marcia Reynolds

Dr. Marcia Reynolds, Master Certified Coach helps coaches and leaders make every conversation a difference-making experience. She has provided coaching and training in 41 countries and is on faculty for coaching schools in the US, China, Russia, and The Philippines. Her personal clients include leaders in multinational corporations, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. Marcia holds a doctorate in organizational psychology and two master’s degrees in learning psychology and communications. As one of the original ICF mentors/assessors, Marcia has 25 years of experience mentoring coaches individually and in groups worldwide. Marcia is passionate about how we can expand minds, transform lives, and uplift consciousness in our world through conversations.

Samer Hassan

Celebrated as the first native Arabic speaker who obtained the MCC (Master Certified Coach), and as an ICF Young Leader honoree, because of the embodiment of the ICF core values and being a thought leader in the field of coaching. As a Coaching Academy founder and instructor, Samer has trained and mentored coaches worldwide in three languages. Leveraging 30+ years of martial and healing arts experience as well as 15+ years of coaching individuals and groups on four continents in three languages empowered him to create the coaching methodology and school Somatic Thinking that activates presence by design to become the foundation of all human skill, impactful coaching, leadership brilliance and profound social change. “Coaching through presence is the art of being an authentic human in support of humanity, not objectives” – Samer Hassan

All of your virtual workshops will be run by experienced coach trainers who hold an advanced ICF credential and all you’ll be mentored by trained, credentialed world class Coach Mentors.

The ICF has recently introduced simpler paths to becoming a qualified coach, which are aligned to three different levels of coach credential.

TNM Coaching are proud to be an ICF accredited Level 1 coach education provider. Our Foundation program is certified for Level 1 accreditation, which requires a minimum of 60 and maximum of 124 contact learning hours. Graduates from a Level 1 coach education and training programs can apply for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential using the Level 1 application path if they meet the credentialing requirements.
