Those are the environments in which we lead. How do we create spaces where people are resilient and it’s safe to be brave, take initiative, innovate? After all, Google Project Aristotle research has found that the #1 predictor of successful teams is psychological safety. This work is about creating those conditions.
The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage-building skills through workshops, trainings, and coaching to help individuals, teams, and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership.
The Dare to Lead™ Curriculum can be segmented and introduced as part of any existing program.
It can be adapted for mixed groups, intact teams, and executive leadership retreats.
The full Dare to Lead™ Curriculum is 16 hours face-to-face training which can be divided into 2 non-consecutive days or 4 half-days with time for personalized leadership project work in between sessions.
Dare To Lead™ can also be tailored to 1-day, ½ day or keynote session as needed.
Dr. Brené Brown is a research professor at the University of Houston where she holds the Huffington Foundation – Brené Brown Endowed Chair at The Graduate College of Social Work. She has spent the past two decades studying courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy, and most recently completed a seven-year study on courageous leadership. She is the author of five #1

TNM Coaching has multiple certified Dare to Lead™ facilitators, some who specialize in executive coaching, others who specialize in organizational transformation through leadership development. Your facilitator will depend on your specific needs. Dr. Rebecca L. Self is a certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator based in Zürich, Switzerland and oversees tnm’s Dare to Lead™ programs.
Individuals who successfully complete the full 16-hour Dare to Lead™ program will receive access to a Dare to Lead™ trained badge for their LinkedIn account.
