Each participant will learn a full scientific system for managing the Self and others. This system uncovers their unique capabilities and callings as a leader, forges deeper connections, and reveals their personal power. Each participant will take actions in the real world that create change within the first two weeks of the program. Participants will use these new skills for life as the world continues to change.
As an organization, you will make the necessary shifts to navigate change and create the company’s future. Your people will have a common leadership language to support each other and unleash the positive potential in any situation. The program takes participants on a journey together, where they will proceed through 7 Levels of knowledge and face Trials at each level before they can move on. It is like an ancient quest based on modern science.
We start and close the program with a unique ceremony that bonds participants (either online or in person) and prepares them for their journey. The leadership content and case-studies are delivered online via our innovative social learning platform. Along the way, each participant will assess their own skills at each level. They will do new actions that grow their capabilities. We have group check-ins at the end of each level to solidify the learnings of the journey. This is a group learning method designed to engage Millenials.
The most important concept for the Digital Chieftain is action. The entire program is designed to quickly move the participant into action in the real world. This creates visible value for the organization. No one can move through this program and stay the same.
These levels are based on the last 40 years of social science research combined with ancient wisdom on what makes an effective and powerful human being. This is the complete set of knowledge a leader needs to fully and holistically engage themselves and others. Leaders can use this as a diagnostic tool to uncover team issues and apply the levels they need to create a transformation.
