The ultimate purpose of The Works is to raise leadership power and facilitate people to be the best version of themselves, in order that they can relate to the best version of others and, together, co-create a better reality.

The Works is a holistic approach to leadership growth that puts you in the driving seat. It isn’t training, and there are no prescribed learning outcomes other than personal growth and transformation. The aim is to empower and enable you to become the best version of you, and what that looks and feels like is for you to decide.

The impact of increasing your leadership power is to lift your energy, improve your results and increase your level of satisfaction and sense of enjoyment in every aspect of your life.

how it works…

The Worksis an extended process that includes self-coaching, external coaching, peer coaching, and group coaching. The 9-12 month process begins and ends with a self-assessment and self-reflection, and features peer support groups, one-on-one sessions with an external coach, self-organised digital learning, and two facilitated, face-to-face seminars of peers from the same learning cohort.

The Works Assessmentis the starting point and provides a clear map with which to navigate the programme, at your own pace, in your own time, and in your chosen direction.

The learning journey focuses inwards on the four main aspects of human intelligence: physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual, in four chapters that are interlinked and integral.
