Working Wellis a series of short and cost-effective coach facilitated modules that focus on the most current and talked about challenges of today’s work environment. The modules complement each other but are also standalone and can be taken independently.
Working Wellfeatures proven strategies for getting results in any circumstances and growing as a result of each experience.
Each module features a 90-minute virtual session that delivers the knowledge and key insights, followed by a self-assessment and a 60-minute personal group coaching session to establish goals and implementation strategies.
The focus and learning outcomes of each module are quite different and they also achieve the same overarching purpose of improved focus, increased self-awareness, personal power and more productive relationships.
