This experiential and interactive program explores the fundamentals of Mindfulness; what it is, how it works, the benefits and outcomes, and how it can be a genuine “superpower” for you in all aspects of your life. Mindfulness, the centuries-old practice of bringing focused awareness, presence and reflection offers a powerful set of tools and techniques to help us navigate these turbulent times, and to maintain balance and composure in all the moments of our lives.

Throughout the program, we will introduce easily implementable tools and techniques for building your Mindfulness capability and explore how to apply them in a variety of contexts.

The program is structured to be relevant for people at all stages of their Mindfulness journey, those who are new to Mindfulness concepts, as well as those who have been practicing for many years.

Gina Paigen
Passionate about guiding individuals to a deeper sense of purpose, and to higher levels of creativity, engagement and inspired action, Gina Paigen, PCC, CPCC, CNTC, is a professional coach, facilitator, leadership consultant, and culture-building specialist. She is a master of re-invention and brings a wealth of diverse knowledge and experience in coaching, leadership, mindfulness, creative studies, anti-racism and social justice, neuroscience, entrepreneurship and the arts. Fascinated with paradox, Gina brings that into her work, exploring with her clients the full range of who they are; their joy, their pain, their light and their shadow. She is both intuitive and analytical, and is known for her capacity to build trust, and to come from a place of open mind, open heart, and a commitment to service. Gina’s experience with a wide range of clients, from West African immigrants to World Bank executives, has given her a true appreciation for the incredible diversity of the human experience. Gina holds three professional coaching certifications, including one in neuroscience and coaching. She is a graduate of CTI Leadership, and a certified practitioner of The Leadership Circle Profile, the Myers-Briggs Type indicator (MBTI) and FourSight. Gina is also sought after as a facilitator and program designer, she is a TEDx speaker, and she has been published in The Huffington Post.
