Session 1: Jump Start Your Mental Fitness for Less Stress and More Success
You will learn 3 key mental fitness aspects:
- The foundations and key concepts
- The three core muscles at the root of it
- Methods for strengthening yours
You’ll walk away with powerful techniques you can start using right away. The session will conclude with a link to an online Saboteur assessment that will help you discover more of what compromises your mental fitness.
Session 2: Supercharge Your Mental Fitness for Maximum Impact
During this second session, we’ll do a deep dive into the assessment results, as a way of exploring and unpacking what compromises your mental fitness (Saboteur-driven thoughts and behaviors), for the sake of learning, deeper understanding, and growth. This will be an interactive session in which you will be encouraged to participate, for furthering awareness of yourself and others, personal growth, and community among the group, in a supportive and confidential space.
You will walk away from the program even stronger in your ability to:
- Identify what compromises your best self from showing up more consistently and frequently
- Catch yourself when you get triggered or hijacked by negative emotion or energy
- Shift to more curiosity, patience, compassion, and laser-focused action
