As an advocate for the co-active coaching model, Tammy believes that everyone is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole, and she has been tapping into this empowering model in her coaching work for over 10 years. Tammy believes that the cultivation of our whole selves (mind, body and spirit) creates resilient and agile leaders able to navigate the modern, constantly changing workplace. In addition to her 1:1 coaching work, Tammy is known for her ability to assist in team transformation. With her strong facilitation skills, ability to listen to instinctual nudges, and careful selection of the best organization development tools and applications, she guides teams to higher levels of performance and effectiveness. Tammy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a concentration in Human Relations and Work from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has extensive experience in multiple work assessments, is certified in DiSC, and specializes in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and The Predictive Index. Tammy loves to practice creative endeavors as meditative techniques (writing, painting, gardening) and volunteer her time to coach young women entrepreneurs.
